Return & Refund Policy

At Sundara Spark, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

* Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
* Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* A clear unboxing video is required to claim a damaged product.
* Once approved, the damaged product will be exchanged for the same or a similar product, subject to availability. In

* We do not offer refunds
* No cash or payment refund will be provided for damaged, defective, or returned products.
Excahnge/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
