Terms & Conditions

1. Damage & Exchange: If the jewellery is received damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, the damaged item will be eligible for exchange only.

2. No Refund: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Only eligible damaged products can be exchanged.

3. Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Any damage caused after use, mishandling, or improper storage will not be eligible for exchange.

4. No Gold & Silver Trading: We do not deal in, buy, sell, exchange, or trade gold or silver as precious metals. Our jewellery products are sold only as fashion/artificial jewellery.

5. Exchange Approval: All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Sundara Spark.

6. Proof of Unboxing: Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel. This may be required to process a damage-related exchange request.

7. Final Sale: Once the product has been inspected and accepted without any damage claim within the specified 48-hour period, the sale will be considered final.
