* Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5,6 business days after the order is confirmed.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Delivery Time

* Domestic Orders (India): Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
* Any applicable free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you. You can use it to track your order with the respective courier partner.

Delayed / Undelivered Orders

Sundara Spark is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number while placing the order.

Sundara Spark will not be responsible for orders returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take an unboxing video and contact us immediately. This will help us investigate the issue with the courier partner.
